Refund Policy

At Wilson Pearl, we want every customer to love what they receive. Our jewellery is crafted with care, and we stand behind every piece we send out. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to make things right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return policy on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and must be in its original unused condition, in the original packaging, and exactly as it was when it arrived with you.

Personalized or custom made jewellery pieces cannot be returned as these are made specifically for you. Items purchased during a clearance or marked as final sale are also non-refundable. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please get in touch with us before sending anything back.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Getting a return started is straightforward. Simply email us at info.wilsonpearl.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return the item. Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will send you a free return shipping label so there is no cost to you. Pack your jewellery securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest shipping centre. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.wilsonpearl.co.uk@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can sort things out for you quickly. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
